I got a new bike of the kind they allow on the Amtrak, and Washington DC subway. It is part of my commitment to never go out in downtown Richmond at night ever again. If I go out it will be at least a town AWAY from Richmond. My every weekend in Richmond has been a horrible nightmare, but when I travel I have GREAT times. Plus Pokemon is a breeze on bicycle wheels. I have met many nice co-workers at lunch meetings in Virginia, but for some reason a strange ugliness descends upon Virginia at sunset that I have not seen in other towns I have lived in as a resident. I plan to forever avoid it from now on. Lucky the state line to other areas is only a hundred miles away, and I will plan to escape there often on weekends.
